On Friday March 22nd MVM Teacher, J Poetic will release his new beat tape. It's called Addition, and it is free to the first 50 guests.

To celebrate this release, he is hosting a fundraiser where all proceeds will go to My Voice Music in order to buy music production gear for the hip hop programs we run across the Portland area.  "MVM provides youth the opportunity to develop, craft, and share their artistic talents through music.    Students are inspired to accomplish what they thought impossible, and are given a space to create what  would not have existed before they stepped into the classroom with My Voice Music."  CJ Mead, Sun Schools

There will be a cypher, performances, and a dance party.

$10 dollars gets entry, and a beat tape album (first 50 people).

This will be a great event to come to and meet others within the community who are using the arts as a means of social growth and awareness.

Plus you get to DANCE.
